Anne Hickey
Career Consultant
Saint John, New Brunswick
Canada

annehickey@jobmatics.com/cms

When all is said and done, Anne is happiest when she has somehow improved people’s situation. At work or in her community, Anne works tirelessly to make a difference in the lives of everyone she interacts with. Her greatest joy is to see the smile on someone’s face because they feel good about who they are, what they have accomplished, what they are going to get to do, or anything else that once seemed impossible.

Anne has worked for many years as a Labour Market Analyst, which may seem at odds with her passion to make a difference in people’s lives. However, her desire to analyze and interpret the data results in being able to give people the information they need to make good choices. It was a natural progression from her work as a career counselor with the Federal Government.

Anne has continued that career journey by becoming trained in the Jobmatics Career Focusing(TM) and Smart Focusing(TM) programs and using them to help youth and adults make decisions that will lead them to find work that is a good fit. Her career consulting work allows her to know that she has made a difference in the end.
